Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, simply sign into your account, and locate the item/order you would like to return. Send us an email to support@vanessaalfaro-store.com with the item specifications and the reason for the return.You will receive an email confirmation of the request with the returning label attached. 

Items should be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.

You must request your exchange or return and send your unwanted items back to us within 15 days for a refund of the value of the item, or an exchange on the same item in a different size, based on stock availability.

We accept timely returns of 15 days from the date you received your order. All tags in the item should still be attached. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

In the event that you “do not like” or “ordered the wrong product,” a return is possible as long as you bear all shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. 

All custom size and pre-order your size orders are considered to be "Final Sale" and are therefore ineligible for return. Items purchased from Sale are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return item arrives back at our facility, kindly note that it generally takes 72 hours to process, upon which you will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed.

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit to your account. You should see the refund on your bank statement within five (7) business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note we are only able to refund the original card(s) used to place the order, you will be refunded in the original form of payment.

If your package was shipped to the US or Canada, all sales taxes and duties will be refunded automatically. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. 


All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vanessaalfaro-store.com and send your item to: Sonne Global Inc., 32633 Comet Chase Ct., Menifee CA 92584, United States.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
